    Founded in 2002 at the instigation of Alain Fournial to offer high-performance measuring instruments and services to the food industry, Axitherm has continued to develop since the beginning of 2025 under the leadership of Vincent Quélin.

    Since its creation, Axitherm has won several innovation competitions and stands out for its ability to offer ruggedised instruments to meet the conditions of pressure, vacuum, vibration, shock and microwaves. As an independent company, Axitherm aims to help players in the food industry get the most out of their technical equipment such as pasteurisers, sterilisers or cooking cells.

    Axitherm’s approach to packaging and recipe instrumentation is also original because it responds to specific developments in the food industry (single-portion, heat-sealed, microwaveable packaging, etc.).
