Who are we?

 

Founded in 2002 under the impetus of Alain Fournial to offer high-performance measuring instruments and services to food industry manufacturers, Axitherm has been pursuing its development since early 2025 under the guidance of Vincent Quélin.

Since its creation, Axitherm has won a number of innovation competitions and stands out for its ability to offer ruggedised instruments that can withstand pressure, vacuum, vibration, shock and microwave conditions. An independent company, Axitherm’s mission is to help food industry players get the most out of their technical equipment such as pasteurisers, sterilisers or cooking cells.
Axitherm’s expertise is based on its mastery of thermal phenomena, packaging behaviour, measurement and industrial cooking and sterilisation equipment.

Axitherm’s offer of packaging and recipe instrumentation is also original in that it responds to specific developments in the food industry (single-portion, heat-sealed, microwaveable packaging, etc.).

Because the agri-food industry is subject to frequent adaptations, our expertise supports your R&D and Quality departments to meet your challenges effectively.
