The retort logger mounts allows optimal use of the recorders DrinkLOG, Aximicro , AXImicro II , HeatLOG and ThinLOG . The developed range is deliberately restricted to ensure that you always have the right model with you. Depending on the type of packaging, the mount is held by spring effect or by gluing in the packaging. The spring effect or gluing can also be used to hold the logger.
Tip: Our multi-purpose sealant guarantees effective fixing.
Caracteristics of a retort logger mount
The first rule is that a holder must respect the heat transfer and convection movement of the product.
4 standards to meet all your requirements:
– “I” support, straight and height adjustable especially for rigid packagings (bottle, jar, beverage can).
– Self centering for round moulded or straight metal can (one model per diameter from 63 to 156mm).
– Self centering for pot, bowl plate and cup in plastic (one model per diameter).
– “Doy” support for pouch and DoyPack® (send a sample for sizing).
3 materials used: stainless steel, silicon and high temperature polymer agreed food-contact.
